Pre Event Description :

Agricultural mechanization plays a key role in improving agricultural production and productivity in developing countries. Proper use of mechanized inputs into agriculture has a direct and significant effect on production, productivity and profitability on agriculture farms, along with labour productivity and quality of life of people engaged in agriculture. There is a need to innovate custom service or a rental model by institutionalization for high-cost farm machinery such as combine harvester, sugarcane harvester, potato combine, paddy transplanter, laser-guided land leveller, rotavator etc. to reduce the cost of operation. Development and refinement in processing and value addition technologies for raw, semi-refined and finished natural resins and gums and their by-products to pilot scale production, so this webinar will be useful for students about the opportunity for start-up entrepreneur to initiate manufacturing of farm machineries and implements business and gaining knowledge regarding mass-scale production of farm machinery and it will be also useful for faculties of SAUs.
